Job Description:

Job Role:

  • Initiative Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of TAM's internal initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
  • CEO Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to understand their vision, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight potential challenges or opportunities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans, helping to translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Team Management: Managing the team in the CEO office and ensuring highest possible productivity
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather information, resources, and expertise required for successful initiative implementation. Foster effective communication and synergy across teams
  • Performance Tracking: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives. Monitor and report progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and issues in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure smooth progress
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and support for initiatives
  • Documentation & Governance: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials. Create presentations to communicate project updates and outcomes effectively
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance PMO processes, tools, and methodologies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a PMO or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Ability to travel for business trips & valid driver’s license
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals
