Director Transformation Program Management

Job Description:

Role:

Director Transformation Management for our Business department in Dubai. This position is an L4 role reporting to the division head / Business strategy, Planning and Governance.

JOB PURPOSE

Accountable to lead and orchestrate program management office and governance function for transformation programs and strategic projects, while keeping the broader organization engaged. Drive overall operational excellence within Business Department, and ensure processes and workflows are defined and optimized. Work with the Head of Business strategy, Planning and Governance, to define project architecture, translating aspirations into initiatives and projects. Drive efforts across Business department for managing, governing, and controlling audits, risks, business continuity, internal communication and major event management, policies, processes, quality assurance, operational excellence, and scorecard of Business department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Lead the Program Management Office and governance function, for designing and executing the strategy defined programs and initiatives, to ensure success in delivery.

•        Lead and manage overall transformation programs within Business department, with focus on priority growth areas, and facilitate the needed changes in implementing the initiatives

•        Manage transformation and strategic programs, tracking progress, develop dashboards, and analyze impact against agreed planned outcome such as savings and spending, timeline, resources etc.

•        Work closely with Head of Business Strategy and Execution Excellence to ensure the strategic directions of Business are closely aligned with the overall overarching transformation goals.

•        Drive operational excellence within the Business department, through optimizing processes, automation of workflows, and adoption of progressive organizational culture.

•        Manage the Business Demand Management function, and integrate with Business Forecasting & Planning Lead to ensure smooth operations while maintain healthy stocks levels.

•        Accountable to govern transformation programs to achieve coherent decision-making by proactively mitigate the potential risks that could impact the overall outcome of the program.

•        Responsible to develop and rollout the change communication plans to successfully transform Business to desired state

•        Establish effective escalation mechanism to proactively integrate interventions that enable to deliver the program outcome effectively and timely manner

•        Embed optimal and transparent change management processes to objectively and efficiently manage people implications due the transformation.

•        Execute advanced quantitative analyses and project planning, including bottoms-up operating models

•        Responsible to bring diverse and collaborative experience to accelerate transformation initiatives.

•        Lead, drive, and coordinate efforts across Business department for managing, governing, and controlling audits, risks, business continuity, internal communication and major event management, policies, processes, quality assurance, internal operations, and scorecard of Business department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
