Director, Government Related Entities (GRE) (Omani Nationals)

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

·         The incumbent has the primary responsibility for the coverage, origination, client management and delivery to clients across all Bank products and services.

·         Responsible for achieving revenue targets and contributing to the budget in a manner which protects and promotes Bank’s interests.

·         Managing a preassigned portfolio of GRE accounts.

·         Marketing for additional business through on boarding new clients and expansion of the assigned portfolio.

·         Submitting and liaising with Local and Head Office Credit Department for credit approval of client requests.

·         Continuous monitoring of the credit portfolio for market developments, delinquencies etc so that risks are managed proactively, and the Bank’s interests always protected.

·         To maximize earnings for the Bank from the portfolio of accounts managed and developed.

·         Comprehensive technical and administrative support to the ED & Head of GREs and to the Senior Management (on Credit, Marketing & Regulatory matters). 

Key Requirement:

·         Minimum a Bachelors Degree with minimum 5 years previous experience in relationship management is an advantage.
