Regional Sales Manager, Middle East

Job Description:

Role:

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

·        Develop sales strategies and objectives with channel partners in alignment with Company Process Instruments (PI) goals and objectives to achieve market share growth and sales revenue in the process analytical industries.

·        Ensure that channel partners develop and optimize their focus to support Company PI’s strategic business objectives. Conduct business reviews with channel partners to ensure that Company PI’s business is represented effectively to all end users in the Refining, Petrochemicals, Natural Gas, Metals, Power Generation, Industrial Gas, and Clean Energy markets.

·         Provide regular status updates on each channel partner’s performance along with updated revisions to sales and marketing strategies, territorial expansion, and other actions required to achieve and exceed projected growth targets.

·        Update identified business opportunities via the CRM system (Salesforce) to manage current project activity in the region, lead generation progress and provide a broader view of business opportunities for the Global PI Sales team.

·         Maintain and report in a weekly report the opportunity funnel/forecast for the geographic region of responsibility and other larger projects that will significantly impact the business.

·        Train and educate channel partners on the Company PI products and provide the necessary support specific to an industry, market, or account.

·        Attend local and industry trade shows when deemed appropriate to assist the growth of territory business.

·        Work with Product Managers and Process Instruments Sales Director to target customers to introduce new products and manage existing portfolio of products to grow Company PI’s business.

·        Provide input to Product Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to help direct the development of new products that reflect market trends and customer needs.

Position Requirements:

 

·        Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with technical products and solutions

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Process Analysis industry experience preferred in: Refining, Petrochemicals, Natural Gas, Metals, Power Generation, Industrial Gas, and Clean Energy markets.

·        Fluent in English;

·        Highly customer focused with customer service orientation.

·        Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% in assigned region.

·        Experience with using and actively maintaining Salesforce CRM system.

·        Strong written and oral communication skills

·        Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and database applications

·        Ability to work independently and part of a global team

·        Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

·        Other duties as identified by Sales Management.
